This Warranty Claim form is to be used only for claims made under the original manufacturer’s Limited Warranty coverage (review the list of Limited Warranties here). For additional information on extended warranty claims coverage, follow this link.

If all required information is provided and/or digital photos have been emailed, item(s) may not necessarily need to be returned. Hold all product until credit or notification has been issued.

The following terms and conditions apply:

Part will be no charge if the boiler is still under warranty.
Shipping is the responsibility of the owner.
Labour is the responsibility of the owner.
Weil-McLain Canada may require a photo of the defective part or for the actual defective part to be returned. Please retain the part until further instructed.
